SERVICES

I provide confidential, in-person and online counselling services to adults who experience:

• Depression
• Anxiety
• Difficulty managing stress
• Challenges with work-life balance
• Relationship challenges
• Life transitions

Counselling rates:

• 15-minute initial phone consultation: Free
• 50-minute individual session: $130

Payment is due in full at the time of the service. You may pay in cash, cheque, credit, or debit. A receipt will be issued upon payment. 

Coverage:

While counselling services provided by a registered social worker are not currently covered under OHIP, many extended health benefits/employer benefits offer coverage for social work services. I encourage you to contact your insurance provider directly to determine the details of your coverage and eligibility to access services provided by a Registered Social Worker.

Cancellation Policy:

You will be charged the full fee for cancelled or rescheduled sessions with less than 24 hours notice.
